London in Lockdown: the 360 project

The London in Lockdown project is a photographic series showing iconic locations around the UK’s capital city. These 360 panoramic images were shot during 2020 and 2021. They capture iconic spaces around the capital and show them without the usual throngs of people. The Coronavirus pandemic has has an utterly unprecedented affect on our lives; incredible numbers of people now work from home, and there are even very few tourists walking around. The lack of people – of normal life – in these scenes underlines the feeling of loss and isolation that we’re all experiencing through the periods of lockdown.

This project is still being compiled; more locations will be shot and uploaded over the coming months.
